- Information on the current Turkish macroeconomy, as well as sectoral market intellegence and local regulatory environment
- Assistance in identifying Target companies, and provision of short profiles to the Client on the business and financial condition of Targets
- Analysis of portfolio, business and financial condition of potential Targets
- Advise on the desirability of effecting a Transaction
- Supplying sufficient Information on the Target (including summary financials) to make a decision on the Transaction
- Negotiation of Confidentiality Agreements with potential Targets, paying utmost attention to the timing of disclosures
- Organisation of management and site visits, meetings and presentations
- Advise and assistance in negotiating the financial aspects of the Transaction and assistance in the preparation of a Term Sheet
- Management of legal, financial and business due diligence processes for the Client
- Coordination with legal, financial and regulatory specialists to produce key legal documents to effect and close the Transaction
